Went to the park and ran 6x600 with the team. I was not ready for this kind of stuff, at least the legs weren't because I could still feel them from Saturday's double. Planning on jogging tomorrows run, whatever it may be.
Did a step down kind of speedwork today. 4x400 4x300 and 4x200 with a one minute rest inbetween intervals and a three minute rest inbetween transfers to another distance. I strongly despise this kind of pure speed speedwork, just for the record.
